Payment

There is a deposit of £50 per week, due within 7 days of accepting the booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival date, payment by bill payment or cheque in pounds sterling. Payment via Paypal is also accepted with a 5% administration fee.

Please note any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the date of your arrival will result in your payment being retained in full, unless I am able to relet the property, in which case a full refund will be given less the deposit and a £25 admin fee.
